This overview applies to the public website at matehq.online. PoolMate, WallMate and MeasureMate are separate products and may provide additional privacy information inside their applications.
Information handled by this website
The public MateHQ homepage does not currently ask you to create an account or submit a lead form. Its hosting and security providers may process basic technical request information, such as an IP address, browser information, requested pages and timestamps, to deliver and protect the site.
A theme preference may be stored on your device so the site can remember whether you prefer light or dark mode.
Product accounts and work data
When you follow a link to a MateHQ product, information you provide there is handled by that product and its service providers. Use the privacy or support information shown inside the relevant product for account-data questions, access requests, corrections or deletion requests.
